BR Summer Singing participants can bring lunch and immerse themselves in a dynamic, interdisciplinary arts experience inspired by Columbia University’s Creative Arts Laboratory! In this exciting week-long camp for students entering grades 3-8, we’ll explore audio/video technology, filmmaking, visual art, theater, acting, songwriting, and creative movement in small, collaborative groups.
Guided by the philosophy of the Creative Arts Laboratory (CAL), this program fosters critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving through hands-on artistic expression. By integrating the arts with core academic disciplines, students will develop their own ideas, enhance their confidence, and engage in meaningful, imaginative projects — all while having a blast!
